Absolutely decadent. Imagine going to a private art room after choosing a gorgeous bottle of wine from an intimate wine cellar, and then getting to sit down to a beautiful luxurious dinner prepared by your own personal chef in that at room. That's Atlas Bistro. Intimate, luxurious, decadent. It's location threw us off at first, but as any good mom ever said, never judge a book by its cover. For the expertly prepared dishes we experienced, each more divine than the next, you would easily pay 3x's as much.

What an amazing find in the valley! This place is unassuming, yet easily the best meal I had during a week of vacation. Our server was so warm and knowledgeable, and they accommodated vegetarians without blinking an eye. The food was incredible and offered at a very reasonable price for a prix fixe dinner. It's BYOB, but the attached bottle shop has everything your wine-loving heart desires.

We had the pleasure of dining here in December for a company holiday dinner. This was our second time dining with Atlas, and it was wonderful. The food was amazing and the staff was incredible. I mentioned to the bartender that I couldn't have alcohol due to an upcoming surgery. He must have passed the information on to everyone because I didn't have to turn down any refills or anything. They made sure that all the temptation was removed from my place setting and skipped me when they served specialty cocktails at the table. It was very appreciated. I love the atmosphere and being able to wander around looking at all the various wines and bottles. The restrooms are clean and well stocked. If you are looking for a nice place to dine, I recommend Atlas.

My husband took me here for my birthday and everything was perfect; from the amazing service to every single dish, the wine selections/recommendations and attention to detail. Very happy with this place. 10/10 Went back a second time 5 months after the first visit. Again, it was all perfect. The food was delicious and so was the wines. 10/10 it is my favorite restaurant for sure!

Both servers we had were spectacular! My only complaint was that they didn't explain to me that if you don't pick some add on items, you don't get the entire dish at all. I thought they were add-ons to the dish itself, but no, you watch other people around you eat, and you don't. It was quite embarrassing. Other than that, the food is great! I don't like how cramped the seating area is either. You're piled in on top of other people there, and it's not condousive to the price you pay for exclusivity. Other than that, it's a good experience.

Once again, Atlas hits it out of the park!! This review would be SO long if I went through all of the nuances of the ingredients and preparation on the menu! Suffice it to say, this is such a delight to have in Phoenix, and foodies would be hard pressed to find many (any?) complaints. Having dined In MANY countries around the world, we still found completely novel and unique combinations here that we never thought would exist. It was delicious, And continues to illustrate that many of these so called classics are sort of tired, rote, and overpriced. This no frills place is a delight to the palate. Max in the wine bar was uber helpful mit German wines! Thanks Atlas!

Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. I’m in love with the local farm fresh ingredients, as well as the tiny number of tables for guests, creating an intimate atmosphere. It’s a restaurant for people who LOVE food, & who want to appreciate the artisan from the grower, to the chef. Impressive and thoughtful plates. I’m glad my partner & I, decided to stimulate our local economy, and re enter life after quarantine at Atlas Bistro. I’ll be back again- & again

It’s still Restaurant week! Last night I had a solo dinner at @atlasbistrobyob . They were not listed in the advertised site for Restaurant Week but they offered a promotion Wednesday & Thursday only to feature their three course meal for $44! (Regularly $65). The restaurant is “hidden” inside of the winery #arizonawine. With only 9 tables available in this quaint location, reservations are important! It is also BYOB. Once you decide what you plan to have for dinner head into that winery for a bottle or two. The wines range from $8-$800. I chose a Tempranillo. It paired well with that seafood and pasta I had. My three courses included the following: Premier: Australian Hiramasa King Fish Duet, Citrus Cured & Crudo with Smoked Nori, Grilled Cucumber Relish, Daikon Radish Spirals, Smoked Nori, Yuzu Tofu Emulsion . . Segundo: Basil Ricotta & Swiss Chard Gnudi, San Marzano Tomato Jam, Toasted Breadcrumbs, Garlic Bechamel, Tomato “Raisins”, Chili Flakes . . Troisieme: Acorn Squash Spaetzle, Spaghetti Squash Fritter, Chevre Fondue, Acorn Squash, Brussels Sprouts, Anjou Pear Puree, Pinenut Brittle . . I loved the entire experience 🙌🏾 I can not wait to return. The waitress was friendly. The food was plated beautifully and the flavors stood out with every bite. #restaurantweek #arw #arizonarestaurantweek #azfoodblogger #azfood #azfoodie #scottsdalerestaurants #scottsdale #foodie #scottsdalefoodie #fivestars #gourmet #sommlife #byob #somm #azfooddeals #nubianglamrockreviews #nubianglamrock #finedining #yummy
